Adams County and Platte Valley Medical Center have partnered to open a COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the Adams County Government Center Conference Center, 4430 S. Adams County Pkwy., in Brighton. The clinic is located near the northwest side of the Government Center. Signage has been placed near the clinic to help residents locate the proper northwest entrance.
The clinic is open by appointment only, to those age 65 and over. No walk-ins will be accepted. Pre-registration is required.
Adams County and Platte Valley Medical Center are committed to equity and prioritizing getting everyone eligible in the community access to a vaccination, especially those communities who have been hardest hit by the pandemic.
Patients may also fill out the online form at sclhealth.org/CoVidVaccine to be notified when a vaccine appointment is available for them. Appointments will only be available for individuals who are eligible for vaccination based on state guidelines, and outreach will be randomized and equitable.
Vaccine supply is managed by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), and Platte Valley is in constant communication with CDPHE to determine how much vaccine they can anticipate each week and will open vaccination appointments accordingly. It’s anticipated appointments will fill up quickly. More appointments will open each week as additional shipments of the vaccine are received. If you do not find an available appointment right away, please continue to check back.
Hours of Operation
Hours of Operation will be variable based on the amount of vaccine received. Please check carefully at the time of scheduling and just prior to your appointment to confirm the current hours of operation. If vaccine supply is available, the standard hours of operation will be:
Thursday – Sunday, 8:30 a.m. – noon, 1 p.m. – 7 p.m.
