Registration is required EACH time you get a COVID-19 test. Each registration has a unique identifying code and using previous registrations will not give you an accurate result. In addition, EACH person getting a test must register. For example, if you have four people in your family needing a test, four registrations are required – one for each person getting tested.

Free COVID-19 Testing Site

Adams County now has a state FREE COVID-19 testing site at Water World. Up to 1,500 tests will be administered each day, and there is no cost to get tested. Visitors do not need an identification card, a social security number, or insurance to get a test. Those who have symptoms, have been exposed to someone with the virus, or need a test are encouraged to take advantage of the free testing site.

NOTE: The test site has been moved to the Water World parking lot adjacent to W. 90th Ave. The only entrance into the test site will be from W. 90th Ave. at approximately N. Tejon St. The entrance from Pecos St. will be restricted due to a special event. The nearest bus stop is located at Pecos St./ W. 90th Ave. Operating hours will remain the same. 


Visitors are strongly encouraged to pre-register to expedite the process at the testing site. Those seeking a test can pre-register here or scan this QR code with your smartphone.

Results will be available in two to four days.

Free COVID-19 Testing for Uninsured and/or Homeless

No-cost rapid testing is available in your community. Results are available in 15 minutes or less. People who live in Adams and Jefferson Counties, do not have health insurance, have COVID-19 symptoms, or may have been exposed to COVID-19 can get tested through one of two mobile testing sites. Testing is available regardless of whether or not you are symptomatic and regardless of housing or immigration status.

Masks are required to be tested and will be provided, as needed. No appointment needed. Stop by on a first-come, first-served basis. All ages welcome.

Free COVID-19 Testing for Uninsured and/or Homeless
For Brighton Residents and Brighton Business Employees Only

Starting Tuesday, Sept. 15, the City of Brighton is offering no cost, drive-up COVID-19 rapid testing to residents who reside within a Brighton zip code and/or employees of a Brighton business who are currently working within the City of Brighton. Documentation will be required (i.e. an ID card, utility bill, etc. for residents and a paycheck stub, work badge, etc. for employees).

The mobile testing site is located in the Eagle View Adult Center, 1150 Prairie Center Pkwy., parking lot and is open for testing on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. through Nov. 21. 

Individuals who’d like to get tested for COVID-19 are asked to drive into the Center’s parking lot through the main entrance and remain in their car as they go through the drive-thru until the point of testing. Individuals will at this point roll down their window for testing staff to conduct an antigen nasal swab. Test results will be ready shortly after - Persons will be asked to drive to a designated parking area to wait. Staff will then return to share results verbally. All persons are asked to wear a face covering through this process. Please note: No restrooms will be available to the public and face coverings are required while interacting with staff. 

The cost of the mobile testing site is covered by federal CARES Act funding that has been allocated to the City of Brighton for COVID-19 relief. If you have questions regarding the testing, please call 303.655.2180.
